XF 1.3 Background/text Change Help

I am having some troubles while changing the background of secondary navigation manu.

Moreover, I want to change whole forum fonts. I have tried through typekit but there is no change at all.

Typically the sub-nav takes the color of the selected tab background, clearly that's not the case on your style.

SO, search in your templates for: .navTabs .navTab.selected .tabLinks

Should lead you to whichever customization there is.
