For those not seeing any results, make sure your "Max Days Since Last Hit" option is set high enough to include the results.
To clarify, go ACP => Applications => AzuCloud Search Terms and look at the dates shown. Find the most recent date.
Now go to ACP => Home => Options => AzuCloud => Max Days Since Last Hit and make sure that number is greater then the number of days then the current date minus the date your found above.
If the current date minus the date above is is greater than the Max Days Since Last Hit value then the search time will not show up in your clouds. If no cloud values are within the date range to be displayed then the entire cloud will not be displayed (instead of showing a blank cloud, the default behavior is not to show the cloud on the page if there are no values).
Might not be the problem you are having but it is one reason why you might not see the expected results.
