Could be coincidental - if you're using https google which seems to be more widespread now then the addon can't pick up search terms

DI, any ideas for a workaround? Or to start getting them to be shown? Without Google results (which is pretty much the most widespread search engine), this is not getting much love...

Same here. Does don't show up on my theme which is almost stock.

For those not seeing any results, make sure your "Max Days Since Last Hit" option is set high enough to include the results.

To clarify, go ACP => Applications => AzuCloud Search Terms and look at the dates shown. Find the most recent date.

Now go to ACP => Home => Options => AzuCloud => Max Days Since Last Hit and make sure that number is greater then the number of days then the current date minus the date your found above.

If the current date minus the date above is is greater than the Max Days Since Last Hit value then the search time will not show up in your clouds. If no cloud values are within the date range to be displayed then the entire cloud will not be displayed (instead of showing a blank cloud, the default behavior is not to show the cloud on the page if there are no values).

Might not be the problem you are having but it is one reason why you might not see the expected results.

That seems to be the case. Searches via https take an increasing part of our daily queries according to Google Analytics.
As a result, this excellent addon is becoming less and less useful. I already disable this on some of our small sites.

Looks like it is going to get worse; as of Chrome 25 all searches from the address bar will be via SSL whether you are signed into Google or not.

Installed this and done some searches via Bing but even the search terms via the Admin CP show "Error - No Results Found".

If the tag cloud does not show after installing azucloud, use this template edit:

PAGE_CONTAINER

Search: <xen:include template="ad_below_bottom_breadcrumb" />
Place Below: <xen:include template="dark_azucloud" />

OR

Install TMS if you don't already have it and this TMS 'addon' if you don't want to touch templates or too busy to figure out how.

Do some searching to find your site in google. Look at your page after searching.

If you are accessing google from https, as the majority of people now are, then this addon won't be able to detect incoming search terms.

That's not to say it isn't useful, I am still getting 100+ incoming searches detected every day

Have you made edits to your PAGE_CONTAINER template directly and/or what theme are you using?

I'm viewing the default style on my site and the PAGE_CONTAINER template has not been edited.

When you uploaded AzuCloud to your server, how did you do it? Did you use a File Sharing program?

Sometimes I have issues with those, especially Filezilla, uploading the files but not the complete file.

So my advice would be to re-upload AzuCloud from your server panel. For instance, if you have cpanel, unzip the folders where they belong.

After you do that, 'upgrade' AzuCloud again with the latest version, even if you're on the latest version.
