XF 2.0 "Awaiting email confirmation" not viewable

I noticed today if the user state is set to "Awaiting email confirmation" the profile is not viewable.

We had a member register, do a bunch of stuff, then purposely change their email and not verify the new one to hide their profile.

Is there a setting to change this so if the state is "Awaiting email confirmation" the profile can still be viewed?

Only moderators with the relevant permission can view profiles of members which have the 'Awaiting email confirmation' state.

Worth noting that if he's specifically in that state, then he never confirmed his email address -- if he had confirmed it and later changed it, the state would be the "from edit" version. IIRC, that state doesn't have those restrictions.

Thanks guys. Seems it was one of our addons that allowed this member in the 'Awaiting email confirmation' state to user certain features of our site. We'll have to fix it.
