XF 1.3 Awaiting Confirmation group question

I have ~600 members sitting in an Awaiting Confirmation usergroup after an import from the old vB3 system. Is there a way to batch process these users and change their User State to awaiting confirmation and remove them from that group at the same time? I didn't see an option for that in the Batch Update Users tool. Hopefully I'm just not seeing it.
