Avoid duplicate Content

I've set up a custom page with route "dictionary" as my new indexpage.


now the same content is shown on
localhost/index.php AND localhost/index.php?dictionary


Should xenforo handle this, or do i need to do something inside the dictionary controller?

You need to run the route canonicalization in the controller.
