The limit and format of img is corret but give this img. How to fix?

Make sure that your /data and /internal data is recursively set to world writeable (0777) would be the first thing I'd look at.
Are you getting a 403 error for the image?

All File in folder or a only folder "data" and "/internal data"

Recursive means ALL files/folders inclusive of /data and /internal_data.
