Automatically input @user when quoting a post that does not display content

If you attempt to "reply to" (quote) a post that will not display content, you are brought to an empty quick reply box. An example of when this would happen is if you quote a post whose only content is a quote of another post (because XF doesn't use nested quoting).

This can be confusing for users because they might expect the "reply to" button to function as it normally does, but instead they get an empty quick reply box. Due to how uncommon the situation is, they'd probably assume something is wrong.

My suggestion is to have XF automatically input @USER bbcode in these cases.
