XF 1.4 Automatic Title Case -> Moderator Can't Manually Change

Problem is this:

The automatic title case option doesn't understand acronyms. For example, DSM-IV becomes Dsm-iv

And when a moderator tries to change that part from the title from Dsm-iv to DSM-IV, they can't. It is automatically again converted back to Dsm-iv.

Is it possible to override the automatic title case when a moderator (or why not regular user also) edits the title, so that the above kind of change would be possible?

I would like this option. An ability to allow for capitalized acronyms would be useful.
