Implemented Auto-Watch when Downloading Addon [Security]

It's important for both security and having a bug-free community to be notified for upgrades of installed addons. Since you can not tell the resource manager whether or not you installed it, you should be notified for upgrades when you have downloaded it.

Why should I "Watch This Resouce" after Downloading it? If I try an addoin, I download it, look over its code and install it. If I would do that with lots of resources, I would have a hard time checking out whether I watch all of the installed resources to be notified for importan upgrades.

That's wonderful. It's now the third time I ask for what I think is advanced functionality that are already implemented over the last days. I promise to double check my suggestions in the future.
