As designed Attachment permissions

If you create a node and grant a usergroup upload permissions, but revoke the view attachments permission, the usergroup stop being able to upload.

I believe this is intentional - strictly speaking, they can't even view their own attachments, which isn't something we wanted to allow.

The upload permission is already dependent upon the view permission as far as I can see.

Might be a good place for a Disabler, where the setting of one permission determines if the other permission can be set.

Having seen that permission definition earlier would have saved me a lot of trouble *facepalm* setting debug to true sure is helpful! haha
