When we restrict attachments view for registered, user can not view attachment, but can not upload anything,
yes why upload should work if in result they can not view it.
Would be great to add upload attachment for registered user & ability to view their own uploaded ones.
My forum users must upgrade, buy membership to view attachments.
For example: User used user upgrade, uploaded files, after their membership expired, can not see their own files.
User say, why should we upload any, if we can not view our own files
if you could spread this option & categorize by file types as well
