Add-on attachment file name SEO

I would like an addon that simply takes the name of the website, thread, and user and applies it to the file name of an attachment. This would greatly boost image search SEO since it has a referencing name instead of random.

Example: instead of an attachment being named "http://domain.com/community/data/attachments/44/44081-4d5e8d300eccb6234a9b33f0dd51fa91.jpg"

Have it named "http://domain.com/community/data/attachments/domain-username-thread-attachment#.jpg"


Or something to that effect.
