XF 2.0 Assign PM Access to all Registered Members?

I recently purchased Xenforo 2 and hired "Slavik" to migrate an existing vBulletin 5 forum to XF2. Now that the migration is done, I am trying to fine-tune the site using the newer/better XF2 features. See: https://newbonnevilleriders.com/forum

Q: Is there a way to batch assign PM Access to all of my Registered users? Some have it and some don't.

I have not been able to find anything on this topic.

Did you look into the different way way xenforo works with usergroups/permissions?

This is the trickiest bit of converting from vbulletin, ie all users being in the one primary group and then using secondary groups to add or remove permissions.

Provided registerd has permissions for PMs (conversations) and no secondary group removes those with "never" then t should all be good. But you do have to look into that new structure.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to understand these differences between VB and XF, and then figure out what I can/can't do to address giving my past VB members access to PM in XF.
