See this file on tests of any XF site, and it’s always a 404, what is it and why is to a 404?

It's happening on EVERY xenforo board since at least version 2.1.7. Maybe back even further than that.I think the forum runs on XF 2.2 (Beta) and there is a file not where it should be.
It’s basically a configuration file for progressive web apps.See this file on tests of any XF site, and it’s always a 404, what is it and why is to a 404?
We’re running 2.1 here.I think the forum runs on XF 2.2 (Beta) and there is a file not where it should be.
Meanwhile you're universally throwing that 404.Once we and other sites upgrade to 2.2 the file will be available at the location we’ve chosen and specify.
That particular test site uses only real world browsers and connections.I assume that whatever process they are using to test the site
Chrome is ignoring that call, as it also does using the test site. I haven't checked console with any other of my browsers. You also have a real world browser and connection - do you see anywhere that we request a file by that name?
10-4We don't make a call to that file.

Including yours.
It doesn't appear when you use chrome as the test browser. Can't find it on my forum.
Verified. Apparently it's a new "feature" of WPT. I'll talk to Patrick about it. Never known WPT to generate its own calls until now. Don't like it.I assume that whatever process they are using to test the site is checking for the existence of that file

The tests you posted used chrome. The test of your site I posted already, used FF.I'm on FF 77.0.1
