Annoying tooltip "Rich text box" appears repeatedly when BB code is disabled.

@Chris D Here on xenforo.com I'm no longer seeing this tooltip when using the WYSIWYG editor.

But the tooltip is still there when I switch to the plaintext editor. Maybe it could be removed there, too? If it's important for accessibility it could maybe be replaced by an arial-label="Rich text box" attribute?
