XF 2.0 Am trying to have the paid upgrade done but Paul says none of the credentials work. Is there a way to reset them?

It's probably best if you stick to the ticket.

I just need your regular admin log in credentials - the ones you always use to log in with.
 
I have already replied to your ticket regarding the upgrade.

For future reference, once you have a ticket open, all communication should be there, not in the forum.
