XF 2.0 Am trying to have the paid upgrade done but Paul says none of the credentials work. Is there a way to reset them?

Am so frazzled that I am hesitant to change while in the middle of the process

I assume the upgrade is in progress as the forum is off line. Any kind of ballpark time frame?

For future reference, once you have a ticket open, all communication should be there, not in the forum.
