Allergies

For a Sinus Headache, I try to go with something that has Pseudoephedrine (congestion) and a pain reliever in it.

For allergies in general, Alavert is good as it is non-drowsy. Zrytec is a heavy hitter though for serious cases.

I also like:
  • Vicks vapo-rub -- this stuff is a god send
  • Vicks nasal spray -- I find this works really well at cleaning out my nasal passages

Wouldn't you be better off treating the allergies though? Take an anti-histamine.
I've been in my house all day. This is a sinus headache. No sneezing, no runny nose, no cough, no itching, no watery eyes. Just headache and nose is stuffy, which is basically what Sudafed treats. I wonder what else does. Cause most of the allergy medicine I have in my cabinet doesn't treat that stuff.

That Pseudophedrine is Sudafed. Zyrtec is the bomb but it's expensive last time I checked.

stop eating at McDonald's. (y)
I just got a headache after eating their french fries for 4 hours. :coffee:
never happened before, but it happened today! :D

That is more than likely dehydration due to the amount of salt on them.

My advice is don't ask for medical advice from unqualified persons on the internet :)

Speak to a pharmacist or a doctor.

Stop by your local doctor's office. I've fought allergies for over a decade, and have tried everything.

Diet & Exercise does play a major role in a healthy immune system; riding a road bicycle helped me (instead of the motorcycle). Cut back on processed sugars, red meat, and sodas/alcohol (which is a challenge at some events).
