XF 2.2 Deleting all data

I have been working on a transfer from phpbb that involved me bringing across the data to test various things

However I now need to delete the data imported to undertake the final import - how best would I go about that?
I found this thread https://xenforo.com/community/threads/import-question-second-import-over-old-one.16663/#post-311819 but that is more relating to 1.x and I need it for 2.2 - is it still the same basis?

Just start a fresh import. If you created a style you can export that first and then import it afterwards.
