Google will consider this as duplicate content and not only will not index it but will also penalize you. It really is the last thing to do. I had a forum filled with news RSS feeds but I had configured it in NOINDEX.

This about someone starting a new forum. If the OP doesn't have the time to create unique content or afford to pay someone to write it for them. Rss feeds are a great way to import great content. As well as indexing well with google.

No. It won't index well with Google as it's not unique content.
