XF 1.4 Alert of deleted profile post not disappearing?

Hi,

For example (my example could be wrong, I'm not sure if the system works this way): when someone replies to a thread that you're subscribed you get an alert. But if that post gets removed you still get the alert and [1] will read in the red ballon at the top right however when you hover on you'll not see the alert for that post because it got removed and you don't have permissions to see deleted content.

Does the same happen with profile posts? Because I just got these alerts:



But the alert for the profile post of joey_tbf is useless because his content got removed. Is it normal for the alert to stay there?

It's actually an alert for his comment. Because of that, the short answer is yes.
