Add-on Alert Admin/User when a user makes there first post!

I am looking for an add-on that will alert a set usergroup or user when a registered member makes there first post on the forum. Seems simple. Can anyone do it?

You don't need an add on for this as you can just do this

ACP - Edit User Group: Registered

1. Registered members post always moderated (Follow message moderation rules) Not Set

Now create a new user group that you will be using in the next part make the permission the same as the registered member excepting for (Follow message moderation rules) Allow. Calls this something like promotions group or whatever. Now do this

ACP - Users - User Groups - User Group Promotions and create a promotion on 1 post something like this
