Fixed Album privacy options: misleading text

If I create an album, I see this text:

The album and its contents will be private. You will be able to adjust the privacy settings after creation.

There are no privacy options and after creation the album is public.

On my local test installation I see privacy options under this text when I create an album with admin rights.

I'd have to agree with this. The phrase doesn't seem to take into account a change to XFMG2 where default album privacy is now a option and public (like XFMG1). I see no privacy options on album creation and permissions options for groups are only to allow permissions editing, therefore seemingly only able to set an album private after it's created and at least 1 image added for said album.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XFMG release (2.1.3).

Remove misleading text from album creation page.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.

Should the text remain and state what the public permission will be based on the default selection?

It's consistent with the behaviour of XFMG 1.x now so we'll just leave it at that.
