my DB is in UTF8mb4
and $config['fullUnicode'] = true; is in src/config.php

I have run the commands again of following this https://xenforo.com/xf2-docs/manual/unicode/#upgrading-existing-installations

but still problem is same

emoji is not supporting.

how it will work?

This is really more of an issue with your backup. It can't really be fixed after the fact. The backup would need to be redone with the correct settings. See:

thank you too much but its late reply now, I already did the backup of my site and I don't want to do backup again, don't want to lose my users and new threads.
is there another way to fix the problem please tell me

There is no other way. You’d have to do the backup again following the guidance in that thread.
