XF 2.3 Xenforo Cloud Backup Restore - Broken Site

I was trying to add a plugin to my board and sadly it immediately broke my website. I can’t do anything as the pages just show a white screen…

It is hosted by Xenforo Cloud - I hoped it would be as easy as going to the Account page and clicking a recent backup but I see that isn’t an option.. is there any way to get the site restored other than submitting a ticket? Of course this had to happen at the start of the weekend, so I’m not sure how soon this can be fixed

It's a hosted solution - surely you'd just submit a ticket? That's why you go hosted - let someone else fix it.

The problem is I don’t know how long it will be until someone can fix it and we have a weekly battle that starts today

I’ve been able to get into ACP now with debug link, but of course the Add-on page is not accessible
