Adsense ads no longer serve on unindexed pages, so how do you deal with new content?

I've noticed Adsense no longer shows ads on unindexed pages. What this means for my forum is new posts contain no ads for up to 1-3 days until the pages are indexed. I'm not sure there is a way around this. It's making me question whether I should continue using google ads. I am curious what others are doing. Have you ditched adsense? Are there better ad networks that will perform better in forums? Relevant ad quality is also important to me and so far google is 'ok', but I worry other ad networks will have crappy click bait ads. Thanks for any suggestions.
