XF 1.5 Admins Can Post Threads/Posts with board closed?

If this is allowed it should be way more obvious to admins that the board is closed and why. For example, the board closed message doesn't appear to admins so how are they are supposed to now whether they should be able to post a reply or not? We have 14 admins and they should be able to realize very easily that the board is closed and why.

There's a notice displayed on all pages if the board closed, though it doesn't display the message by default. You could add this to the notice_board_closed template if you prefer.
