Won't fix admincp & getLastHash redirect => element not shown

if we save a element which uses getLastHash for the redirect, we don't see the element anymore, because of the fixed admin header, which was introduced some versions ago...

As you see in the attachment, it should show nuns New user notification System, but the element is hidden by the acp navigation

In general, this is one of the reasons we use scrollable containers, though it's possible to still happen there as well. It's just something that will happen with the floating header and we couldn't find a workaround that we were happy with.
