Fixed Admincp menu last element not selectable

Hi,

In the admincp using my iPhone 7+ (IOS 11.1.1) the last element/item in the sidebar menu not selectable as the vedio shows:

This is caused by iOS Safari's appearing and disappearing bottom bar, which essentially hijacks clicks of anything that would be under it (essentially the bottom 44px).

Thus, the workaround here is to add 44px padding to the bottom of the off canvas menu, so fixed now, thanks.
