XF 1.2 Admin Control Panel Error Message Please Help!

Hi!

I just login to my Admin Control Panel and got this error message (Please see attached). Can anyone tell me what is this and how can I fix this?

Is the error still being generated? If not, I wouldn't be concerned, it looks like to me that someone double-clicked on saving or did a refresh (maybe) that generated the duplicate error. Check your admin logs to see if any actions were taken around the time the error was generated.

I think it's okay now. I just delete the error log.
