XF 1.3 Admin can't access signature edit

My signature is still there, but since the upgrade to 1.3 the item does not appear in the drop down menu or in the account page, so no way to edit. This only seems to be an admin problem. All permissions checked, all on for signature.

solved, leaving this here to help others, had the settings for "lines, characters, images" etc. were set to 0 - thought that meant no limits, but it means zero, and makes the signature option disappear. Fixed.
