additional usernames for support

    I sent in a support ticket but unfortunately I find out I can't wait for an answer.
    I'm sure someone here knows the answer.

    If I add usernames to my account so they can access the support forums, do they also have access to downloads? Assuming of course my license is current.

    They will have access to downloads on the forum, if that's what you meant. They won't have access to your customer area though.

    Thanks. So only the primary user has access to downloads.
    I will have our IT department create their own login and eventually transfer it over to our organization.
