Add ons and Customer login?

Heya guys!! I am an Administrator on one of our Xenforo Community Forums and I am trying to download add ons or resources from Community forums but it's asking me to log in using Customer login, however, I am not the one who owns the Forum but just Forum Administrator who manages entire forums and everything.

Is there any way I can download those zip files or can use my own Xenforo Community login to download such resources and install them in my community forums?

Only license owner can give you access, he has to set this in its account page.
