XF 1.5 Add/edit tags not following "Time limit on editing/deleting own posts"?

Hi,

Let's say I have configured "Time limit on editing/deleting own posts" to 15 minutes. Now imagine that a member starts a new thread... after 15 minutes he is going to be unable to edit his post, change thread title, etc. however is still able to add/edit tags forever.

Is this as designed?

I'd say yes. There's no time limit permission for tags, and tags are not posts.

But for threads, tags are part of the first post or part of thread itself, imho.

I don't know... maybe something could be improved here.
