Implemented Add Ctrl+Enter as Submit Post shortcut

Title. Facebook has this, Gmail has this (I think?), Discuz! has this, I think XenForo should as well.

I personally would expect that to save instead of post. Also a lot of people dislike when sites hi-jack the browser's shortcut codes (although I see no reason to ever save the html of a forum thread).

I suppose I could live with an alternative. As for the conflicting key codes I would expect them to only work with the editor was focused.

But yeah either way make it so!

Yeah! Alt + S but you have to be out of the editor's focus.

Shift+enter, absolutely not.

Shift enter is line feed and would seriously screw some people who weren't ready to post.

You are right, I was hitting shift while doing something on my desktop, read control here and then my brain merged the two things.

My fault, I just got back from two 30 hour drives and am just switching my sleep schedule.
