Lack of interest Add content_state in search index table

Adding content_state to xf_search_index will most probably the easiest way to search for soft deleted content or moderated content or anything new content state based on the add-on. So while the search results are being fetched, there can be a condition if the contents being pulled should include content x in content state of y, y being visible or moderated or deleted or anything else.

Pushing content_state into Elastic Search also allows for the search results to intelligently exclude soft-deleted or moderated content without requiring post-processing too.
