Nothing I guess just as you did..... You keep taking on more work when this plugin is not solid. Thats my biggest point. Be it win or lose you should get one out of bata before you make others. Its truly not my fault your plugin wont work for me. But I still paid almost a year ago. This is not the place for arguing. my main point is just stop telling me your not making money so your not committed to getting it right. Its bad business

I am commited, otherwise I would have made it open source and ignored it. It's either take on more work to pay the bills and support working on these things to get them stable or don't and "disappear". The ad manager has a "binge" of work due for it soon, your issue will be fixed then.

Is it possible to assign a banner to a specific thread? I need to know this before buying this addon since I have content in which I can't put commercial banners.

You can put them to specific forums, but not threads. For example if you have an X-rated forum you don't want google ads on you can disable any google ads from showing up on that forum with criteria.

Just an update.

I am in the process of getting remaking a lot of developer tools so that for one Chris can start working in parallel with me on certain projects and also so I can have my server build for multiple PHP versions so I can catch these PHP 5.2 issues early on. After they are done I should be able to track down the PHP 5.2 issue and get an RC release out for this.

Robbo, this is a great addon and I've been looking forward to the next update for some time now. I know you're busy and trying to pay bills, but can you share with us your thoughts on the following. When do you plan to incorporate the following features? I really think they would knock this addon out of the park.

1. Self serve advertising
2. User rev share

What would it take to expedite development of these features for the next release?

Those features are no simple task, I have planned those for 2.0. Would take a few weeks work to get them in properly from how I understand they are needed. And I would have to research user rev share a lot as I don't understand it fully.

This is currently my most popular add-on so I do want to get updates churning out for it again but the ones you want are some time away, the updates planned for this (asap) are to get it stable.

I'm having trouble adding this to my home page (XenPorta), I tried adding the ad to the sidebar, but to no avail.

Since I'm using XenPorta, will home not work?

Also, is there any way to add this to custom tabs, (through the Nodes as Tabs addon)?

No, I am trying to use Ad manager to add ads to my home page and individual pages made by Nodes as Tabs.

XenPorta handles the sidebar in its own way so this doesn't really work in there I assume.

And yes you can add to custom pages, just need to set criteria to the custom pages tab or controller or view etc.

Hi Sir, I wanted to hide advertisement for 30 days for members who have donated , so i navigated to User Criteria >> User Donations >> Checked "User last donated more than X days ago" and set the value to 30.

After I do this, the pages get blank and absolutely nothing is displayed. Can you please me to understand as to what am i doing wrong?

That is really weird and should simply just not happen... When does it go blank? Like what pages?

Hmm very weird issue, simply shouldn't happen like that. Inbox me any errors in your error log. Other than that I can't think of any reason for this to happen :/

I have not read all 12 threads. Is there a way to allow someone to purchase a subscription for an ad? with this addon?

Nope purchasing ads is something I want to do but it won't happen for a long time, probably version 2.

I would like to suggest something that can be improved/fixed.

Right now, I have an ad in this location placed via the default Xenforo template:
ad_thread_view_above_messages

I added some HTML formatting to position the ad in a fixed position via margins.

Next, I used Ad Manager to place a same size ad in the below thread message position. However, this was done via Robbo's addon and not through the default Xenforo template (ad_thread_view_below_messages). I also added some CSS/HTML formatting to fix the position via margins like I did with the other ad.

Here's where things get buggy. The ad placed via the default Xenforo template behaves nicely. Robbo, your addon doesn't seem to want to stay in a fixed position as I resize my window. Can you look into this? If you can fix it, that would be great.
