XF 1.5 Account upgrades

I have setted up account upgrades and whenever someone upgrades their account it doesn't work .
It doesn't put them in the secondary group that I attached to account upgrades . I've looked around and I can't find any good threads that could help me out

yes i have ive done everything but cant get them working
