Access contact us form on private site?

Is it possible to have unregistered users access and submit the "contact us" form on a private site where all nodes are secured from unregistered users?

The Contact Us is always available to all visitors, irrespective of node permissions.

It's a setting in the ACP -> Basic Board Information -> Contact URL

Hmmmmmm. I'm getting a "You must be logged-in to access this page" error in an overlay. Works fine when I'm logged in.

Good to hear that it's supposed to be possible. I was able to do it on another forum platform (which I'm soooooooooo happy to finally be migrating from ).
