The way I did this is by flicking the color codes 1 by 1 into bright green, see the effect and make a color pick.

Just search for them in xenforo templates and change them.
sorry its the only way I know to change stuff is via CSS

Ah I see yea I don't use that but you can still just search for the css titles from the admincp and find the code to change.

Truly custom designs take longer, especially when you're breaking out of the normal design of XenForo and adding elements it doesn't use.

Back to the sub-forum issue with them looking like adds: could you just add "Sub-Forums" in front of each listing? Then they won't look as much like ads.
