Ability to use alternate "Email transport method"

I use a shared hosting plan and, unfortunately, that has affected my email reputation. So, I turned to Postmark for sending emails. At one time it was limited to transactional emails only, but they, along with some other providers, now support bulk email as well.

This suggestion would help separate outbound email to preserve domain reputation and ensure that certain bounces and suppressions (opt‑outs) are handled independently based on the type of email. I see that other suggestions to use APIs for these providers have not been implemented, so hopefully this suggestion is not as drastic.

Suggestion Scope 1:
For the one‑off mass‑email feature under Communication → Email Users, I would like the option to either use the default email transport method currently available in XenForo or, alternatively, to configure a separate email transport method specifically for one‑off mass emails. This would allow me to separate these emails from transactional and subscribed emails.

Suggestion Scope 2:
The batch limit currently available under Setup → Options → Email options and Communication → Activity Summary should also apply to the mass‑email feature under Communication → Email Users. I am not sure whether this is already the case.

Suggestion Scope 3:
Similar to item 1 above, the Communication → Activity Summary feature could also offer a choice between using the default email transport method or a separate email transport method specifically for Activity Summary emails (or any other subscribed mass‑email communication).
