I get this when I try and put the xenporta blocks on other pages

Yes? It's the url to get to the root XF install (http://mysite.com/community) and its a folder on my web server (~/public_html/community).

I'd like the XenPorta page to load if someone visits the root page of my site (http://mysite.com). Is that easily doable? (Without using redirects).

If you put XF inside a folder named domain.com/community (public_html/community) and you wanted to load xenporta at domain.com (root folder or public_html) then you can't do it.

But if this /community is a route address, then you can. There is a tutorial in 2-3 page before.

@Jaxel: I installed your add-on and it added the deprecated "What's New" and "Help" links back to the navigation:

Neither is deprecated, the What's new is just a consistency issue and help is still there, only now it is hidden on the bottom navbar.

For whats new I just changed the phrase used in the template.

Deprecated from the navigation. Both should not be there and the "What's New" link is infact the old /find-new/threads link instead of the new find-new/posts link.

I can't get XenPorta to work on 1.2. I have completely uninstalled it and then reinstalled it multiple times (files and mysql tables), still just showing up a blank portal screen.

I have this annoying issue and I've checked every single option in XenForo , I don't remember to go (when I fixed it when I first had XenForo a while ago) to remove the first home. The second home that's currently selected is the portal from XenPorta. http://puu.sh/4fZpl.png

I'm having an issue , I have the normal "Home" tab at the top of my forum.
When I installed XenPorta I received a second "Home" tab for the portal , how do I remove the XenForo Default one?

It seems a file is missing in the 1.6.0 package: styles/8wayrun/EWRporta_slider.png is missing and the new bxslider RecentFeatures controls can't be displayed.

For those with the issue, just copy http://8wayrun.com/styles/8wayrun/EWRporta_slider.png to your styles/8wayrun/ directory.

Check the caching for the block - if set too high it may take a while to update.
