Well, for me, I can't access image hosts from work (which may prove problematic for some of my users) - maybe...
But, that means I can't see what you are demonstrating either...
So....
If I am correct in my thinking, I say
Facebook (if it even exists)
Picasa
Flickr
Photobucket
To name a few I know are being used by my users.

I believe the whole idea is to prevent you from having to upload pictures on your xF site.
Rather leave the image uploading and stuff to the third-party and link to them some kinda way via this integration.
Much like Media works now but instead of linking youtube videos, link to images.

So what if the person that uploads a picture on photobucket, then ads it to the site, then deletes it at a later date, will there be a bunch of pages with no pictures? You know what mean, the image that says this picture no longer existes.

By using an API like I THINK this is, the API will know the image has been deleted and thus will not even show up on your xF site.
However, I will back away and let Jaxel fill in the details...

This API will not link to a single PICTURE... it will link to galleries only.
So if you make an image set on Flickr, it will embed a slideshow gallery for that set on Flickr. If an image gets deleted from the gallery, it wont be a problem because the gallery still exists. If the gallery itself gets deleted, it will be handled the same way it gets handled with other media (the embed player will say "not found" or whatever).

Thanks Jaxel. With this new gallery option, will we be able to disable it if we dont want to use it? Its a great idea and a great addition to the mod but its one that wont work for my site. Cheers thanks for all you do here!

Hey Jaxel, would it be possible to have a option to change owner of media or have it so if admin uploads a media he can enter the owner instead of it defaulting to whoever uploads it?

Hi guys, looks like a great mod - is it possible to just allow the permissions for only admin to add videos only but still visible to everyone else?

You need to go to usergroup permission...in the Admin Panel
For admin - allow all..
For users to see and be able to have usage of the library and have details viewable you will need to add to the other usergroups
-browse library , -view media, -comment on media, each set to allow.
