How about you don't make every page a child of a single parent?

I tried that. I had five category pages but it still showed every page I made in the sidebar. That is every page I made connected to that category page.

As it's supposed to. The sidebar shows every page in a family.

Any heads up on where we can put this information on the new version and using xF 1.1?

I can't find any templates for Wiki at all.

You have to create your own templates. Click on the Wiki in your navbar. Then click "Administrate Wiki" - you should then see the links to Create New PHP Page - Create New Template - Empty Page Cache :)

Yes that's fine - at the moment. When I have 100s of pages in a top level main category I can't see how this is going to work well.
(I have 5 main categories.)

But what I'm talking about right now is the second sidebar box, the one that has the Search in it (nice touch).
This seems to try to squash every single page into it. That is quickly going to be impossible as more and more pages get added.

Also the text squashes together in that second box, with some items overlaying others, making it messy and hard to read.

It would be better to just display the top level category page names in that box.

I too am having the same issue as Andy and MrC. I'm also using the Google Ajax for jquery, version 1.5.2 - just figured I'd throw in another vouch for the issue at hand.
 
I really need a wiki that explains this wiki! Because I have too many question about xencarta!

Isn't there any sort of faq?

No. Mostly this thread.
If you spend about half an hour going through it, you'll find a lot of it is not what you need so you can skip.
Copy the most useful posts into a document.
Then make a list of questions to send in you still need answering.
 
There is hard coded phrases in EWRcarta_Model_Parser

I tried to change the Create Page form so all new pages would be default Protected.

In EWRcarta_PageCreate
I changed this line of code towards the bottom like this:

but the form page still shows that Protected box as unticked.

I don't understand as the other lines there showing value=1 display as ticked, as expected.
Is there something else I need to change?

For the indexIcon - does anyone know how to get it where the first attached image is used as that icon rather than us having to upload something all the time?

Upgraded to the latest version, and within about 10 minutes I had two of my wiki people (we use it for guides and stuff) say that tables had lost cell borders which they had had in the previous version. Is that something that'll return in future updates?

Anyway love the addon and thanks for providing it for free, just this little niggle which a couple of users jumped on.
