8,081 messages in moderation queue. What now?

So I haven't touched my forum for couple of weeks and now I got 8,081 (!!) messages in moderation queue.

Clicking on the moderation list - OBVIOUSLY - stucks up my computer, and gives me the php "out of memory message": Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 29887934 bytes)

Without going deeply into the DB, how am I gonna clean all the messages?

Thanks, but it says " You need to change the red pieces to attribute these deletions to a user_id and username".

It's only for a specific user. What if I want to delete the whole moderation list, for all users?

It does the whole queue. But soft-deletes are attributed... meaning who is doing the deleting. When you view a soft-deleted post it says who deleted it and for what reason.
