When try install plugin gives methis error

My host says to check permission folders, any suggestions??

They need to check the server error logs, as you have been advised numerous times.

got answer from host

Nothing has been changed to htaccess just the two files from of it they got renamed. You said they look at it? They not even look anything on it. There is no error log for your account we said you multiple & multiple times.

they find some error in htaccess, and arise memory limit to 512mb, becouse when try install plugin they kill server with 300mb and more memory.Anyway they say to forget error not exists anymore privacy is privacy, also its first time for them to works with xenforo, but problem is solved.
