XF 2.1 500 Server Error on Attachments Over 200 KB

As of yesterday, neither myself nor my users are able to attach files larger than 200 KB. XF isn't reporting any system issues and my attachment setting is still at 2000 KB. One of my users checked Chrome's Dev Panel and found this:

If the problem has occurred without any changes being made within XF, then the issue is almost certainly server related.

The 500 server error displayed in the screen shot would also support that.

Contact your host and ask them to investigate.
