301 Redirect URLs with special characters

We've one old linkback from a valuable website and it wrongly links to an expired URL -

Code:
http://www.crazyengineers.com/small-talk/1-cover-story/65-small-talk-with-mr-girish-wagh-realizing-the-big-qsmall-carq-dream%20(accessed%20in%20Jan.%2014

I wish to redirect it to correct URL -

Code:
http://www.crazyengineers.com/girish-wagh-realizing-the-big-small-car-dream/

So I setup this rule in .htaccess -

Code:
Redirect 301 /small-talk/1-cover-story/65-small-talk-with-mr-girish-wagh-realizing-the-big-qsmall-carq-dream%20(accessed%20in%20Jan.%2014 /girish-wagh-realizing-the-big-small-car-dream/

But it doesn't work! I think it's because of the special characters present in the URL to be redirected. How do I fix it?
