2nd user account can't access client area?

    Not sure where to stick this but my 2nd admin cannot access the client area and says her email isn't a licensed customer or something. The user in question is @crazygirl

    Yet she says she cannot access the client area. Why is this? is she not mean't to be able to access it and only can get support through the forums? I'm not sure how this is supposed to work exactly?

    Be nice if i could as i could keep a copy on my appy and also as we live different countries i may need to download when dark is not about

    Correct. You can setup her forum login to access the support forums (which she just did). But there is only one login for the customer area:
