Can't access customer area

    I am a customer but can't access the customer area. I think this might be because it might be over 12 months since I purchased a license. Is that the case?

    If so, how do I proceed in order to download 1.2? I expect we need to purchase something?

    Any help appreciated :)

    You are showing as licensed now so you should have no problems.

    Make sure you are using your customer account details, these may be different from your forum login details.

    You will also need active support to download the latest version.

    P.S. 1.2 isn't available yet.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    That's what I thought, but when I try to login to the customer area it just says:

    "no customer could be found with that email address"

    You are using an incorrect email address then.

    Did someone purchase this for you?

    I can see the 2 emails and contact names are *drastically* different.

    Yes. I think my email address with my forum account is associated with my clans xenforo account but is not the main login for it. I have just messaged my friend who made the original purchase.

    I also have my own license for a different domain, but can't remember which email address I used damn it! lol
